Terms & Conditions - AB Coastal Commercial Referral Program
By participating in the AB Coastal Property Maintenance Commercial Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
This program is open to anyone who owns or manages a commercial space, including offices, warehouses, apartment buildings, residential complexes, and other commercial properties.
You do not need to be an existing AB Coastal client to participate; however, to qualify for the referral discount, you must have an active base janitorial services plan with us.
Existing AB Coastal clients can also refer themselves if they have another business or property requiring janitorial services.
A referred business must be at a new address—it can be under the same ownership but cannot be the same building or location where services are already being provided.
Discount Application:
Referral discounts apply only to monthly janitorial services customized to your space’s specific needs. They do not apply to one-time cleanings, deep cleaning services, pressure washing, or any other additional maintenance services.
Discounts are non-transferable and can only be applied to the referring party’s account.
Discounts cannot be transferred between buildings or invoices.
If a referred client cancels their contract within the first 6 months, any applied referral discounts may be revoked.
Referral discounts will not be applied until the third full month after the referred client’s contract begins.
Maximum Discount & Rewards:
The total discount applied to a single account cannot exceed 50% off the monthly invoice.
After reaching the 50% discount cap, additional referrals will qualify for a $150 AB Coastal Gift Card, which can be used at Ecotiva by AB Coastal for eco-friendly cleaning products or at AB Coastal for cleaning services and other professional maintenance services.
Program Integrity & Verification:
All referrals are subject to AB Coastal’s verification and approval process.
AB Coastal reserves the right to reject a referral if the provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or does not meet program criteria.
Fraudulent referrals, including self-referrals, will result in immediate disqualification from the program and possible suspension of existing discounts.
Program Modifications & Termination:
AB Coastal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to existing program participants.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes regarding referral eligibility or discount application, AB Coastal’s decision will be considered final and binding.
By participating in the program, you agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith discussions before taking legal action.

AB Coastal is not responsible for any tax implications associated with referral discounts or rewards received.
Participation in the referral program does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the referrer and AB Coastal.
